About Us

Three years ago, I created the Laugh at Cancer support group for those touched by cancer. I wanted to meet people, who could help me stay positive. I started many small groups online at many social networking sites.

During this time, I met many families dealing with cancer. My family also experienced cancer touch in many ways. I had issues with coping and needed support. Most had some kind of disability or were otherwise home-bound.

So, I began looking for a social networking community. This way, I can help people others that have been touched by cancer  Next, I began looking for a way to move the entire group online. Recently, with the help of Ning.com, we found a home on the internet.

Furthermore, I created an official website, which has a wealth of information for everyone. Our support community is a in place for our members to be themselves. We also welcome members of any age, since they need a shoulder two.

We have worked hard to create in a safe environment for people to hangout. Additionally, they can share their photos and videos with whom ever chose. There are many discussion, which will allow you to join in.

The communities main focus is living beyond cancer's touch with a positive attitude. In addition, we celebrate life, while helping with each other throughout their daily journey. I also have included a group for honoring those, whom we love.
